What types of plants do you sell?
We specialise in a wide variety of plants including:

  • Vegetable plants and seeds (including brassicas, leafy greens, and artichokes)

How are your plants packaged for shipping?
Each plant is lovingly packaged by our horticultural experts with:
  • Climate-appropriate protective materials
  • Secure potting to prevent soil spillage
  • Breathable materials to ensure healthy transit
  • Detailed care instructions for when your plant arrives

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your plants to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the packing process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We proudly deliver to plant lovers worldwide, excluding only a few remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch with package tracking.
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over £50, via EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch.
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! For standard shipping via DHL/FedEx, you’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. For free shipping via EMS, tracking may be available depending on your location – we’ll provide details if available.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We handle all necessary phytosanitary documentation for smooth customs clearance where required.

Returns & Plant Care

What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
We stand behind every plant we ship. If your green companion arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with photos of the plant and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right!
Can I return plants I’ve changed my mind about?
As living organisms, we cannot accept returns of healthy plants due to biosecurity regulations. However, if your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 15 days as described above.
My plant seems stressed after arrival – is this normal?
Absolutely! Travel can be stressful for plants, just like for people. Yellowing leaves or slight wilting are common temporary reactions. Follow our included care instructions, give your plant proper light and water, and it should recover within 1-2 weeks. If concerns persist after this period, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Remember: Plants are living things that may show natural variations in size, shape, and color. These characteristics make each plant unique and special!
