Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the attention your plants deserve. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

While we nurture every order with care, we understand that sometimes things don’t grow as planned. Our flexible returns policy ensures your shopping experience remains positive.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Plants must show no signs of wilting or post-delivery damage
  • Proof of purchase required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • All live plants (including house plants, fruit trees, berry plants, and vegetable plants)
  • All seeds (vegetable seeds, Brassica & Leafy Green seeds)
  • Fertilisers

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship to our nursery address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable service
  5. We’ll inspect your return and notify you about approval/rejection of your refund or exchange

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You’ll receive email notification when your refund is processed
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • In your initial email, clearly state which product you’d like as an exchange
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
