Due to their perishable nature, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • All live plants (including house plants, fruit trees, berry plants, and vegetable plants)
  • All seeds (vegetable seeds, Brassica & Leafy Green seeds)
  • Fertilisers

6.3 Refund Process

6.3.1 Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

6.3.2 Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.
